director of a scaffolding firm, I have honed expertise
in managing operations, overseeing safety
standards, and leading project teams to deliver
efficient and high-quality scaffolding solutions. My
role involves strategic planning, client relationship
management, and ensuring compliance with
industry regulations. Through effective leadership
and operational oversight, I have successfully grown
the business, built a strong client base, and
established a reputation for reliability and excellence
in the construction industry.

JACK WHYSALL
GENERAL MANAGER
With 12 years of experience in the scaffolding
industry, including 2 years as a General Manager, I
have developed a strong track record in overseeing
large-scale scaffolding projects and managing high-
stakes shutdowns. My role involved leading teams,
ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating
complex logistics for major industrial and
construction shutdowns. I have effectively
supervised operations, optimized workflows, and
driven operational efficiency while maintaining the
highest standards of safety and quality. My extensive
experience in both supervision and management
has equipped me with the skills to handle high-
pressure environments and deliver projects on time
and within budget.
KIERAN JONES
SITE SUPERVISOR
With 10 years of experience in the scaffolding
industry, including 5 years as a site supervisor, I have
gained extensive hands-on knowledge of scaffolding
installation, safety protocols, and team
management. My role as a site supervisor involved
overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring
compliance with safety standards, and coordinating
crews to meet project deadlines. I have successfully
managed complex projects, resolving challenges on-
site while maintaining high standards of quality and
efficiency. My experience has equipped me with
strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of
scaffold design and safety, and the ability to
effectively manage both small and large teams in
dynamic environments.
TYSON ELWIN
SITE SUPERVISOR
With 14 years of experience in the scaffolding
industry, including 8 years supervising major
shutdowns, I have developed expertise in managing
large-scale, time-sensitive projects that require
meticulous planning and execution. My
responsibilities included coordinating scaffolding
teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards,
and overseeing the logistics of complex shutdowns
for industrial facilities. I have a proven ability to
troubleshoot on-site challenges, optimize workflows,
and ensure that all projects are completed
efficiently and within the required timeframe. My
experience in managing high-pressure shutdowns
has refined my leadership and problem-solving
skills, ensuring successful project outcomes even in
the most demanding environments.
ELLIE MASON
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
With experience as a Level 2 Accountancy and
Admin Manager, I have developed a strong
foundation in financial management and
administrative oversight. I have been responsible for
managing day-to-day accounting tasks while also
overseeing administrative functions such as office
management, staff coordination, and maintaining
efficient workflow systems.
